About this event
Dynamic Yin Based on the Daoist lineage, this class opens with breath work and then moves into active yin poses. One part of the body is held in a static yin position, while an optional dynamic movement in another part of the body is offered. The extended hold time of each position (3-10 minutes) helps to stretch and strengthen connective tissues, focusing on facia release. Accessible for all levels.
