- ➤ New Mexico State University Global Campus and the City of Las Cruces have partnered to offer flexible online learning + targeted job training for city employees. The program will build skills in leadership, technology, and business operations to support long-term community growth. The Las Cruces Bulletin
- ➤ New Mexico State University launched a new Institute for Applied Practice in AI and Machine Learning in spring 2025—backed by funding from its president’s office and the state—to lead regional AI research. The institute will help start the state’s first bachelor’s degree in AI in fall 2026. The Las Cruces Bulletin
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Las Cruces Public Libraries will offer free tax help via the VITA program from Feb. 2 through Apr. 14 at two branches—individuals must bring required documents to receive assistance. The Las Cruces Bulletin
