- ➤ La Piñon Sexual Assault Recovery Services in southern New Mexico is asking for $2 million in recurring state funds to sustain its Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners Program and other vital services in rural areas + nearly 6,000 survivors accessed these services in 2025. The Las Cruces Bulletin
