- ➤ A New Mexico judge denied bond for three teens, Gustavo Dominguez aged 17, Nathan Giovani Rivas aged 17 and Josiah Ontiveros aged 15—charged with three counts of murder from the March 21 park mass shooting in Las Cruces that killed three and injured at least 15—saying they pose a danger and could face retaliation.
