Las Cruces International Airport Administrator Andy Hume presented a draft master plan yesterday outlining projects such as extending runways, renovating the terminal and expanding parking—efforts aimed at boosting economic opportunity.
Hume said the airport will seek federal and state funding and plans to bring the proposal back to City Council for action soon.
