- ➤ Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra will close its season spanning 2024 to 2025 with two concerts at Atkinson Recital Hall — the first on Saturday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. and the second on Sunday, April 13 at 3 p.m. The program will feature Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5, Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5 and a youth performance of Hovhaness’ Psalm and Fugue for String Orchestra as guest conductor Scott Lucas previews next season. - ➤ The Las Cruces International Airport presented a draft master plan today that calls for runway extensions, terminal renovations and parking expansion.
