Sierra Home Health & Hospice is launching Sierra Cares to help uninsured patients transition home after hospital stays by partnering with Memorial Medical Center, MountainView Regional Medical Center and Three Crosses Regional Hospital.
Elite Medical will provide free ambulance transportation for patients.
