FBI agents arrested former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife Nancy on Thursday, April 24 on federal charges of tampering with evidence linked to the arrest of three Venezuelan men living in a casita on their property—both remain in custody pending a detention hearing scheduled for Tuesday, April 29.
