NM State signed 6-foot-3 guard DJ Dudley, a senior from Inglewood who averaged 13.8 points at Louisiana Tech.
He will join the Aggies in Las Cruces for the 2026-27 season, adding scoring depth after earning third team all-CUSA and second team all-Louisiana honors.
Head coach Adeniyi Amadou announced on April 24 that Adeola Akomolafe, a former key assistant from TCU (where she helped sign five WNBA draft picks), will join NM State women’s basketball coaching staff as director of recruiting operations and student-athlete development, bolstering the championship program in Las Cruces.
