- ➤ The Griggs Water Tank’s historic mural (originally Jornada del Muerto and now known as La Entrada) will be temporarily removed for a $3.1 million rehabilitation project starting in August, and City officials will work with artist Anthony Pennock to repaint it exactly as it was.
