- ➤ CRRUA reported that a water sample from the Santa Teresa treatment facility collected on April 23 showed 12 ppb arsenic — above the EPA limit, though the utility quickly adjusted treatment protocols to lower the level below the maximum. The agency will conduct additional tests today and on May 20 to confirm the water's safety. Las Cruces Sun News
