Business instructor Bobbi Noland from Doña Ana Community College received the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development Teaching Excellence Award during a conference in Austin, Texas from May 24—26.
She was honored for her strong commitment to student success.
Doña Ana Community College Dental Hygiene Professor Dr. Elmer González received the international World Dental Hygienist Award in Milan, Italy last month; he is the first professional from New Mexico to earn the honor and the first honoree in the Academia category while serving as interim dean.

2025, is modernizing Aggie Athletics by enhancing digital systems and student benefits — a plan aimed at graduating high-performing athletes and winning championships as college sports evolve.
Adeniyi Amadou, who grew up in Benin and Paris and discovered his love for books and basketball as a way to connect, has been named New Mexico State’s new women’s basketball coach—he credits his journey from journalism to coaching for shaping his approach to building strong player relationships today.
