- ➤ KTAL inducted three volunteers into its Las Cruces Community Radio Hall of Fame—Minerva Rivera, Dean Matson, and Richard Kadzis, known as The Buzzman. - ➤ Toke It Up, a new cannabis dispensary in Sunland Park, will hold its grand opening tomorrow with a $1,000 donation to Casa de Peregrinos—helping fight local food insecurity. Martin Heinrich visited NMSU on September 25 and heard Professor Pei Xu and her students discuss produced water research—covering PFAS treatment and brackish water tests aimed at ensuring safe water for local use.
