Officials at the New Mexico Department of Health declared the measles outbreak is over after the last cases were reported in Santa Fe County on August 14.

Over 56,000 New Mexicans received the MMR vaccine since February 1 & the vaccine remains available for anyone needing it.

Las Cruces football has chased a state championship after wins over Mayfield and top teams like Volcano Vista, Rio Rancho, Cleveland and Hobbs; the Bulldawgs (5-0, 1-0) scored 236 points while allowing 95 and will face Organ Mountain later this week as they build their playoff push.
