- ➤ LiteShaper Films and Film Las Cruces plan to premiere the locally produced sci-fi short film A Door in the Sky at the Rio Grande Theatre on November 16 at 1 p.m. — the free event opens doors at 12:30 p.m. — and writer/director Richard Lacy hopes the proof-of-concept film will lead to a full-length feature.
