- ➤ Today through November 27, community events in the region include winter concerts by Hi Lo Silvers today at 7 p.m. and on November 23 at 3 p.m.—DJ Mischievous will perform Friday from 9:30 p.m.–Midnight at Little Toad Creek Brewery with a $5 cover, and there will be a food truck event at Morning Star UMC, an NMSU Aggies game, and a new indoor ice skating rink opening in Doña Ana County. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Two public health students and a recent NMSU graduate are using the Vote-ER Civic Health Fellowship to link voting with community health, organizing outreach events and legislative meetings across Doña Ana County + Las Cruces. They will launch a new Vote-ER chapter this fall to continue their nonpartisan civic engagement efforts. The Las Cruces Bulletin

- ➤ Jason Epstein, a 1995 New Mexico State University PGA Golf Management graduate, won the 2025 Bill Strausbaugh Award at the PGA event held on Nov. 5.
